I wanted to capture this shot where the "glow" appeared but where otherwise the room was dark. So, I figured I'd use a crazy faster shutter speed, 1/2500. I used Shutter Priority knowing it would not be able to adjust to make my scene brighter.  I love this shot! I used a flash so that light would bounce off the droplets. I froze action with a 1/200 shutter speed and with the flash, there is good light for the shot. Here is my "color pop" image edited in Photoshop of a macro shot. Here is the same shot with a popout effect applied and a Smart Filter on the background.
